  • Cook beans in pan of boiling water 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender; drain. Immediately plunge beans in bowl of ice water; drain well.
  • Meanwhile, cook pancetta in nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or just until crisp, stirring occasionally. Add onions and nuts; cook and stir 2 min. or until onions are softened.
  • Place beans on platter; top with pancetta mixture and cheese. Drizzle with dressing.


Prepare using yellow beans or a mixture of yellow and green beans.

Special Extra

Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
