Loved the garlic and the beef broth. I used basmati rice instead of instant.
very yummy! It can be made with ground beef as well and I add a 19 oz can of chopped seasoned tomatoes. I season the beef with montreal steak spice while browning and use what ever shredded cheese I have on hand - mozza or tex-mex
