  • Combine first 3 ingredients. Thread beef strips onto skewers; brush with barbecue sauce mixture. Marinate 30 min.
  • Meanwhile, combine dressing and Sriracha sauce in small bowl. Reserve 2 Tbsp. dressing mixture; refrigerate remaining mixture.
  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade. Grill skewers 3 min. on each side or until cooked through, brushing with reserved 2 Tbsp. dressing mixture during the last minute of grilling. Serve with remaining dressing mixture, nuts and onions.

Substitute

Use 1 Tbsp. chopped chipotle pepper in adobo sauce instead of the hot chili sauce.

How to Prevent the Beef from Sticking to the Barbecue

Spray the unheated grate of the barbecue, away from the fire, with cooking spray before using to prevent sticking. Or, brush the barbecue grate with oil.
