  • Mix barbecue sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger and 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce until blended; pour over meat in shallow dish. Stir to evenly coat meat. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat. Thread meat onto 6 skewers. Discard marinade.
  • Grill skewers 6 min. or until meat is done, turning after 3 min. Remove from barbecue.
  • Cook peanut butter, coconut milk, chili sauce, crushed pepper and remaining Worcestershire sauce in saucepan on low heat 3 min. or until heated through, stirring constantly. Serve with the meat skewers.

Note

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water 30 min. before using as directed to help prevent them from burning on the barbecue.
