  • Cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Cook steak 2 to 3 min. or until evenly browned. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add remaining oil and onions to skillet; cook on medium heat 3 min. or until onions are soft and translucent, stirring occasionally. Stir in mushrooms; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Add broth; bring to boil. Add cream cheese spread and mustard; cook 1 to 2 min. or until melted, stirring frequently.
  • Add steak to skillet; cook 3 to 5 min. or until heated through. Stir in parsley. Serve over noodles.

Special Extra

Add 1/4 cup dry sherry or Marsala wine to the broth.
