  • Heat 2 tsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 2 to 3 min. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Remove meat from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add remaining oil and onions to skillet; cook on medium heat 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in mushrooms and peppers; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in broth; bring to boil.
  • Add cream cheese product and mustard; cook and stir on medium heat 1 to 2 min. or until cream cheese is melted. Stir in meat; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through.

Substitute

Prepare using boneless skinless chicken breasts or pork tenderloin.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot cooked egg noodles or mashed potatoes.

Special Extra

For an extra punch of colour and freshness, garnish with 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley before serving.
