Make It

  • Heat 1 Tbsp. dressing in large saucepan on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

  • Stir in rice, broth, milk and mustard. Bring to boil; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.

  • Meanwhile, brush steaks with remaining dressing. Cook in skillet on medium heat 10 to 13 min. or until done (160°F), turning steaks over and covering skillet after 5 min.

  • Serve steaks with rice mixture.

Tasty. I used only 1 tbsp. of dijon mustard as suggested by others and was glad I did - just enough flavour. The veggie combination was very nice (and I don't even like zucchini). Loved the all-in-one veggies & rice! Will make again!

Very good! I made this for a romantic two person meal and it was a hit, the rice was a favorite! Its nice to have something kinda special to put on the table for a special occasion without having to slave in the kitchen all day.

I really enjoyed this meal. It was pretty simple to make and it tasted great. I had to cook the meat much longer and I didn't have the right dressing, I used greek with feta, but it still tasted really good. The rice was very nice, it looked great and tasted great. It was a great dinner for two people.

Really good, but I used only I tbsp of dijon mustard, I would also consider barbequing the meat next time.

Good, easy, would BBQ steaks after marinating them in dressing next time, rather than fry them in the dressing. I used only 1 TBS of dijon mustard, other wise I feel it would have overwhelmed the taste of everything else in the rice. Phyllis

This recipe was awesome!! The whole family enjoyed it. Very easy to make also..

My family and I thought it was okay but not great. If I make it again I think I will leave out the Dijon Mustard and maybe use the Italian Dressing as was suggested as the alternative and maybe bar-b-q the meat next time.

I thought that this was as good as my Italian mothers risotto dish. But this was faster and easier to make.
