Pasta is definitely a weeknight favourite. Using just a few simple ingredients, this Beef and Zucchini Pasta is so easy to make. For a change of pace, substitute any small shaped pasta for the rotini.

  • Brown meat in large skillet. Add vegetables; cook 3 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in ketchup and Italian seasoning; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Drain pasta. Add to meat sauce; mix lightly. Sprinkle with cheese.

Substitute

Substitute 1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese for the Parmesan.

Note

No Italian seasoning? No problem. You can easily make your own by mixing equal parts dried basil, oregano and thyme leaves. Store in airtight container at room temperature up to 2 years before using as desired.
