I couldn't get it to set even after being in the fridge overnight...I ended up sticking it in the freezer for several hours.
I have made this dessert a couple of times now it is so good and perfect to serve on a hot day.
One of the most decadent, delicious desserts I have ever made. Can't wait to make it again. My girlfriend and I sat around my kitchen table each with a beater from my mixer and became children once again. Made it the day before needed.
Served it to 5 people for dessert and everyone raved about it. Sent the balance to my senior friends in Oakville.
