  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Spray 4 (250-mL) shallow ovenproof dishes with cooking spray. Sprinkle each with 1 tsp. superfine sugar. Add berries.
  • Beat cream cheese product, flour, vanilla, 1 egg and remaining superfine sugar until blended. Add remaining eggs; mix well. Gradually beat in milk; pour over berries.
  • Bake 20 min. or until tops are golden brown and toothpick inserted in centres of topping comes out clean. Cool slightly.
  • Sprinkle with icing sugar.
