  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Brush 1/4 cup dressing evenly onto both sides of steaks. Refrigerate 15 min.
  • Meanwhile, cut potatoes into 1/4-inch-thick strips; place in large bowl. Add remaining dressing and Parmesan; toss to coat. Spread onto large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 22 to 24 min. or until crisp and golden brown, turning after 12 min.
  • Heat large skillet on high heat. Add steaks; cook 1 min. on each side. Reduce heat to medium; cook steaks 8 min. or to medium doneness (160ºF), turning after 4 min. Serve with potatoes.
