Roll cheese balls in 2/3 cup chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley and/or basil, for the shredded cheese.
Combine 4 tsp. chili powder and 2 tsp. ground cumin. Roll cheese balls in seasoning mixture instead of the shredded cheese.
These mini cheese balls can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before serving.
