  • Process all ingredients except shredded cheese until smooth; spoon into bowl.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  • Roll cream cheese mixture into 30 balls, using 1 tsp. cream cheese mixture for each ball. Roll, 1 at a time, in shredded cheese until evenly coated.
  • Refrigerate 30 min. or until firm.

Herbed Cheese Balls

Roll cheese balls in 2/3 cup chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley and/or basil, for the shredded cheese.

Chili Cheese Balls

Combine 4 tsp. chili powder and 2 tsp. ground cumin. Roll cheese balls in seasoning mixture instead of the shredded cheese.

These mini cheese balls can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before serving.
