  • Mash 1 cup beans in medium bowl. Add flour, mustard, cumin and remaining beans; mix well.
  • Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add peppers and onions; cook 5 to 7 min. or until softened, stirring occasionally. Add bean mixture; mix well. Cook 2 to 4 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in 1 Tbsp. parsley. Cool slightly.
  • Shape bean mixture into 12 patties, using about 1/4 cup bean mixture for each. Place cracker crumbs in shallow dish. Dip bean patties, 1 at a time, in cracker crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of each patty with crumbs.
  • Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add bean patties; cook 3 to 5 min. on each side or until heated through and golden brown on both sides. Serve topped with sour cream and remaining parsley.

Serve this meatless entrée with a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.

The bean patties can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 8 hours before coating with cracker crumbs and cooking as directed.
