  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Heat dressing in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add onions; cook 5 min., stirring frequently. Add beans, corn, chiles and seasonings; mix well. Cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese.
  • Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon bean mixture down centres of tortillas, adding about 1/4 cup bean mixture to each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam sides down, in prepared baking dish; top with enchilada sauce and remaining cheese.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Serving Suggestion

Serve topped with chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes and/or plain Greek-style yogurt, with fresh lime wedges on the side.
