  • Combine beans, chicken broth, tomatoes, onions, zucchini, celery, carrots, ham and cayenne pepper in Dutch oven or stockpot. Bring to boil on medium-high heat; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until vegetables are softened.
  • Add water and Macaroni; stir. Cook 7 to 8 min. or until Macaroni is tender.
  • Stir in Cheese Sauce Mix and spinach; cook 2 min. or just until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally. Serve topped with Parmesan.

How to Thin the Soup

This soup will thicken as it stands. Thin with additional chicken broth or water just before serving, if desired.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with saltine crackers.


Substitute chopped Swiss chard for the spinach.
