  • CRUST: combine graham crumbs with butter and press into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Crumble chocolate bar over base. Reserve 3/4 cup cherry pie filling and spread remainder as evenly as possible over crust.
  • FILLING: Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually beat in sugar and cream. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour over crust and bake in 325°F oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until centre is set. Cool.
  • Topping: When ready to serve; spoon whipped cream, reserved cherries and chocolate curls in diagonal rows over top.
