  • Heat oven to 325°F.
  • Beat cream cheese, ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, lemon zest and juice with mixer until blended.
  • Whisk remaining eggs, granulated sugar, flour, butter, milk and baking powder in separate bowl until blended. Spread 1/3 of the batter onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with cream cheese mixture, then spoonfuls of the remaining batter.
  • Bake 45 to 55 min. or until centre is set. Sprinkle with icing sugar.


Prepare using Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread and part-skim ricotta cheese.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a seasonal fresh fruit salad.


If baking in a 13x9-inch pan, increase the oven temperature to 350°F.

    I tried this recipe for our Easter meal and it was a hit. very easy to make, and easier to bake. As with any cheesecake you need to monitor it but mine came out great. A very good dessert
