Drizzle 1 Tbsp. warmed maple syrup over each serving of topped pancakes.
Before preparing the pancake batter, place baking sheet or ovenproof platter in 200ºF oven to warm. Cook pancakes as directed; place on warmed baking sheet. Cover, then return to oven to keep warm until all pancakes are cooked.

I have tried many pancake recipes but this is the best and fluffiest.
One of the best pancakes I've made! Very fluffy and tasty with no baking powder taste. I didn't use blueberries or cool whip. Just made them plain and ate with maple syrup. I might try them next time without the sugar or half it.
Delicious!!! A yummy breakfast, especially for a special occasion or guest!
