I make this for all my company for brunch and it's always a hit!
I also forgot to say that I used a liquid egg white product( Egg Creations), light cream cheese & skim milk for a bit healthier version & it turned out great!
We've made this for a few years now. It's even BETTER made with jumbleberry mix( has blueberries in it)
