We took a morning favourite and made it over by decreasing the amount of oats and walnuts, increasing the amount of blueberries, and using yogurt instead of milk to make it creamy. These small changes saved 120 calories, 12g of fat and 2g of saturated fat per serving.
Substitute fresh raspberries for the blueberries.
