  • Heat oven to 300°F.
  • Place vegetables in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with meat; sprinkle with pepper. Rub pepper into meat.
  • Reserve 1 can gravy for later use. Mix remaining gravy with remaining ingredients until blended; pour over meat. Cover with foil; pierce foil in several places with sharp knife to vent.
  • Bake 3 to 3-1/2 hours or until meat is done (160°F). Remove roasting pan from oven. Let stand, covered, 10 min. Meanwhile, cook remaining gravy in saucepan on medium-low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Transfer meat to cutting board, reserving drippings in pan. Cut meat across the grain into thin slices; place on platter. Add cooked vegetables. Spoon reserved drippings over meat and vegetables. Serve with the warmed gravy.

Serve with crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Calorie-Wise Dressing.

Make Ahead

For convenience, the meat and vegetables can be baked ahead of time. Remove meat from pan, reserving vegetables and meat drippings in pan. Slice meat; return to roasting pan. Refrigerate up to 2 days. When ready to serve, bake (covered) in 350°F oven 40 min. or until heated through. Warm the second can of gravy. Serve with the meat and vegetables as directed.
