For convenience, the meat and vegetables can be baked ahead of time. Remove meat from pan, reserving vegetables and meat drippings in pan. Slice meat; return to roasting pan. Refrigerate up to 2 days. When ready to serve, bake (covered) in 350°F oven 40 min. or until heated through. Warm the second can of gravy. Serve with the meat and vegetables as directed.
