  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add ribs, in batches; cook 3 to 5 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides, adding remaining oil between batches as needed and transferring browned ribs from each batch to casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Discard all but 1 Tbsp. drippings from skillet. Add onions and garlic; cook 8 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Add pasta sauce, broth and rosemary; stir. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally; pour over ribs. Cover.
  • Bake 1-1/2 hours. Transfer ribs to platter, reserving sauce in casserole dish. Skim and discard fat from sauce. Spoon sauce over ribs.


Prepare using your favourite flavour of Catelli Garden Select or Classico Pasta Sauce.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a tossed green salad and hot baked potatoes.

Special Extra

Stir 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh parsley into prepared sauce before spooning over cooked ribs.
