  • Prepare Cheesy Baked Gnocchi as directed.
  • Meanwhile, place flour in pie plate. Whisk egg whites in separate pie plate until blended. Combine next 4 ingredients in third pie plate.
  • Heat half the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Dip 1 cutlet in flour, then egg whites, then crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of cutlet with each. Add to hot oil. Repeat with 3 of the remaining cutlets. Cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until done. Remove from skillet; place on platter. Cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining cutlets, heating remaining oil in skillet before adding the coated cutlets.


Prepare as directed, using chicken cutlets and increasing the cooking time to 3 to 4 min. on each side or until done.
