  • ROLL out pastry to a 10-inch (23 cm) square on lightly floured surface. Place cheese in centre.
  • BRING pastry up around sides and over cheese; twist into a knot. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Brush with egg.
  • BAKE at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes or until pastry is lightly browned. Cool slightly and serve.
  • IF desired, wrap cheese and freeze for up to 1 month. Microwave from frozen on HIGH power for 4 minutes.
