  • Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  • Use sharp knife to make 2-inch-long cut in thickest long side of each chicken breast to form pocket, being careful to not cut all the way through to opposite side of chicken.
  • Place 2 sage leaves on top of each cheese piece; wrap with prosciutto. Place cheese bundle in pocket in each chicken breast; seal edges with wooden toothpicks.
  • Grill 6 min. Meanwhile, chop remaining sage; mix with remaining ingredients.
  • Turn chicken; brush with ketchup mixture. Grill 10 min. or until done (165ºF). Remove from barbecue. Cover loosely with foil; let stand 5 min. Remove and discard toothpicks before slicing chicken to serve.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot steamed fresh green beans.


Substitute mozzarella or cheddar cheese for the Brie.


Substitute deli ham slices for the prosciutto and/or fresh basil leaves for the sage leaves.
