  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 sec.
  • Add broccoli and olives; cook and stir 4 min. or until heated through. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in cheese.


Substitute 1 lb. (450 g) fresh broccoli florets for the frozen broccoli; cook in saucepan of boiling water 2 min. or until crisp-tender. Drain, then use as directed.

Special Extra

Add 1/3 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes to cooked garlic in skillet along with the broccoli and olives.
