This soup was awful. It had no flavour. And the consistency was like green oatmeal, with the rice as a thickener. I followed this recipe exactly and had to add more milk to thin it, but it stayed like porridge. Won't make this again. Threw the whole pot out.
This recipe was ok but seemed to be missing something. I might try adding garlic to it next time. It tasted better the next day.
