  • Cook onions in dressing in large saucepan on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Add broth, water and broccoli; stir. Bring to boil; cook on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until broccoli is tender. Stir in milk and rice; cook 5 min.
  • Blend, in batches, in blender until smooth, returning each blended batch to saucepan. Cook on low heat 5 min. or until heated through.
  • Serve topped with cheese.


Substitute chopped cauliflower for the broccoli.


Prepare using regular Cracker Barrel Medium Cheddar Cheese.
