Make It

  • Heat oven to 375°F.

  • Cook vegetables in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

  • Beat eggs, Miracle Whip and milk in medium bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in vegetable mixture and cheese; pour into pie crust. Place on baking sheet.

  • Bake 40 to 45 min. or until centre is set and top is golden brown. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.

I really wanted to try this recipe, but didn't have any crust, so made it crustless. It cooks faster without the crust, in maybe 30 minutes. I used mayo and added some chopped up left over Brie that I had and it was great. Will definitely make this again. My husband loved it.

My whole family loves this Quiche, I always press the cheese onto the bottom of the pie shell to make sure that it`s even throughout the quiche, and I use mayo instead of the miricle whip I just prefer the taste of mayonaise.

I make this quiche for every brunch occasion. I add red peppers as well. I always pair it with a Lorraine-like quiche(of just turkey bacon, onions, and cheese) made the same way for those that don't care for all the veggies.


My family loved this recipe. I have always been a very picky eater and even I enjoyed it. I only used about 3/4 cup of each vegetable and we all found that it was plenty.

Quick and easy recipe! I'm always looking for new ways to bring eggs to the dinner table. I added the red peppers for extra color and vegetables. I also added a dash of salt and pepper. I suggest putting a baking sheet under the quiche in the oven to avoid a mess in case of a spill over. This recipe is a definite keeper.

I loved this recipe and so did my guests! I pre-assembled the night before then put it in the oven when I got up. I used tex mex cheese and that gave it a great flavour and also topped the whole thing with more cheese to make a bit of a crust. Make sure you use a deep dish crust or it will run over like mine did!

im a student with little cash and less time! This recipe is fast, SUPER easy and cheap! I use frozen vegetables (asian mix usually, smaller veggies that way) to save myself even more time. I add extra cheese (2 cups). Definetly fills a deep dish. Hint for extra tasty: rub some egg along your crust for a delicious glaze, and even sprinkle a little cheese on top of crust and quiche.
