Super easy. Family loved it.

I really liked this and I'm not normally a quiche fan. My husband loved it too. Really easy to make, didnt change anything from recipe.

08/20/2013

I have made this quiche many, many times. My family teenage kids included, all love this! I have to make 2 of them for 1 dinner, that's to feed 6.I usually have salad and baked potatoes, or potato wedges oven cooked with it.Very good recipe!

07/03/2013

I really wanted to try this recipe, but didn't have any crust, so made it crustless. It cooks faster without the crust, in maybe 30 minutes. I used mayo and added some chopped up left over Brie that I had and it was great. Will definitely make this again. My husband loved it.

I made this Quiche for a Christmas brunch with my in-laws....it was DELICIOUS!! I just got back from the grocery store because I had to go buy more of the ingredients so I can make this again Christmas morning...I will definately make this again and again!!!

12/23/2012

So good! Will definitely make again. Didnt change a thing to the recipe and was amazing.

My whole family loves this Quiche, I always press the cheese onto the bottom of the pie shell to make sure that it`s even throughout the quiche, and I use mayo instead of the miricle whip I just prefer the taste of mayonaise.

07/28/2012

We've made this recipe a few times and it always tastes good..we add ham as well :)

05/31/2012

I have made this several times since I read the recipe and it is a hit every time. Easy and very delicious. It's definitely a keeper!

05/05/2012

Delicious and very easy to make! I made it for lunch and served with a side tossed salad. Definitely would make it again!

05/02/2012

It was very good, I saved some cheese to for the top. I also added salt & pepper. I saute'd the veggies the day before, then when the guests arrived, I quickly threw it together!

05/01/2012

Very easy and delicious.

03/29/2012

This was a great recipe! I also spread the veggies out rather than mixing it in the egg first. I put hot sauce on my piece for some zip.

03/18/2012

Loved by all! The only thing I did differently was spreading the veggies out in the pie crust before adding the egg mixture. This ensured everyone getting all the veggies in each piece. Yummy

02/22/2012

We really enjoyed this recipe and it was good to take for lunch as well

02/18/2012

i have never made quiche before, this was very easy and tasty, i made my own pastry and next time i will try different veges. just to mix it up.

01/18/2012

I made this the night before & reheated it for brunch the next day. It was excellent. It did overflow a little.

01/11/2012

Fantastic!!! I am new at cooking and this was so easy to make and turned out great!!! Everyone raved about it Christmas morning

12/26/2011

12/11/2011

I make this quiche for every brunch occasion. I add red peppers as well. I always pair it with a Lorraine-like quiche(of just turkey bacon, onions, and cheese) made the same way for those that don't care for all the veggies.

01/18/2009

My family loved this recipe. I have always been a very picky eater and even I enjoyed it. I only used about 3/4 cup of each vegetable and we all found that it was plenty.

11/14/2011

Quick, simple and very tasty. Made this for lunch today with a friend and we both really enjoyed it. I was going to add some meat to it because I usually have meat with a meal, but decided not to and it was still great and didn't seem like it was missing anything. I'll definitely make again. Just be sure to use a deep dish crust like the recipe says, otherwise it will overflow, like mine did!

11/11/2011

Delicious, simple, and easy! I made this in a regular 9" tart shell, and loved it so much that I made it later in the week in mini 3" shells for a potluck. One recipe made enough filling for 22 mini shells, and I have a feeling they will be a hit!

10/28/2011

So quick and easy to make. Delicious!

09/20/2011

this recipe is perfect i omitted the broccoli and added 200 grams of diced up deli ham. everyone loved it !!!

09/17/2011

This recipe is absolutly delicious! Very quick and easy especially on a weeknight when you don't want to spend hours in the kitchen. This recipe is a hit with my entire family!

08/06/2011

Awesome quick recipe to make for supper, lunch or breaky. Family are not a fan of broccoli so I substituted with red, yellow peppers. Also added chopped up ham to add extra meat for my meat loving hubby. If not a fan of peppers, add spinach. Tastes awesome!! Recipe has become a once a month recipe to make in this household!

07/11/2011

Excellent

06/11/2011

This is delicious, it turned out so perfect and so easy to make. Will make it again for sure. I too added green pepper and bacon. Yummy!!!

05/23/2011

I made this for mothers day! Mum loved it and so did everyone else. Including my finicky niece. I added mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and halved the cheese with old cheddar. It was a hit!!!

05/16/2011

I made this quiche but changed a few things. I didn't have mushrooms so I added red peppers, didn't put the whole cup of onions only half and added ham to it as well. I used regular mayo and added pepper, dill weed and oregano. It was eggcellent!! :o)

03/23/2011

Followed the recipe exactly and it's so good, and really easy to make! This is a great base quiche recipe. Next time I may do ham and cheese.

03/17/2011

Excellent!

02/23/2011

Everyone in my family loved this quiche, so simple to make, and tastes wonderful. Dident change a thing

02/19/2011

Very tasty. Quick and easy to make. Have made it severy times when I need a quick dinner.

01/22/2011

This recipe turned out very good. It was easy to make and was delicious with a spinach salad.

01/02/2011

Best quiche I have ever tasted - loved it!!!

12/13/2010

Quick and easy recipe! I'm always looking for new ways to bring eggs to the dinner table. I added the red peppers for extra color and vegetables. I also added a dash of salt and pepper. I suggest putting a baking sheet under the quiche in the oven to avoid a mess in case of a spill over. This recipe is a definite keeper.

10/12/2010

I was never a big fan of quiche. This recipe was in my store's flyer. I tried it, it looked easy. Well, I made it again and gave the recipe to my daughter who feel the same about quiche. Can't wait to hear her comments; I will post it.

10/12/2010

I loved this recipe and so did my guests! I pre-assembled the night before then put it in the oven when I got up. I used tex mex cheese and that gave it a great flavour and also topped the whole thing with more cheese to make a bit of a crust. Make sure you use a deep dish crust or it will run over like mine did!

10/03/2010

Fabulous, easy, so versatile! I read all the reviews before I tried this recipe... they were very helpful. I added just a few pinches of herbs, and kept everything else the same. Adding meat isn't necessary, since eggs and cheese are alternative proteins, which also is a nice change. I would highly recommend this recipe to impress your mother-in-law... worked for me! lol

08/20/2010

Recently served this at a small luncheon and the ladies loved it. Would definitely serve this again.

08/18/2010

This recipe is super easy to make and really good. I doubled the recipe and made two at the same time. I love the fact that you can add anything you want to it. I don't like onions, so I added garlic instead, and next time, I'm going to try it with bacon and spinach.

08/15/2010

Yum! Super easy to make with ingredients I have already in stock! My husband had double helpings! I added hot sauce afterwards to give it some extra bite!

06/16/2010

06/03/2010

im a student with little cash and less time! This recipe is fast, SUPER easy and cheap! I use frozen vegetables (asian mix usually, smaller veggies that way) to save myself even more time. I add extra cheese (2 cups). Definetly fills a deep dish. Hint for extra tasty: rub some egg along your crust for a delicious glaze, and even sprinkle a little cheese on top of crust and quiche.

06/02/2010

great! i think, i even didn't have to change anything.

05/24/2010

This was really good I added red peppers and some cubed ham. My husband and I enjoyed it very much. I will be making again for sure.

05/20/2010

This recipe was wonderful. It took a little longer for me to make it as I made my own pie crust. You can use this as a base recipe and add what ever you like also.

05/19/2010

It was very easy to make and delicious! Even my husband liked it and he doesn't usually eat quiche. When cooking the vegetables, I added a pat of butter for flavoring and salt and pepper to the egg mixture.

05/17/2010

Sound very good.....but I too want to know where all the sodium is coming from. anybody know??

05/13/2010

Am wondering where the sodium is coming from? If I can reduce it, then it sounds wonderful!

05/13/2010

can egg substitute be used in place of the eggs?

05/12/2010

Very yum. Super easy. Family enjoyed very much. Added some spices and crispy bacon for some extra flavor.

05/11/2010

I added diced ham and some red pepper for colour. Simple, easy and YUMMY!

04/13/2010

Made this last night and it was fabulous. The best quiche I have ever made. Used a bit of ham and a gluten free crust. Will definately make again and again.

03/25/2010

I make this at least twice a month, if not more! I love this recipe. It's easy, quick and both my kids eat it all up. That is the true test of a recipe and this one stands up.

03/19/2010

I forgot to add the cheese and it still tasted amazing. A really easy, fast and best of all inexpensive dish to make. Two thumbs up!!

01/21/2010

I added cooked chopped bacon and red peppers. Great way to clean out the fridge!

12/19/2009

This was easy and good Loved it but will add a little red pepper next time.

12/02/2009

This was another really good recipe from you. Thank you.

11/09/2009

This recipe was easy and quick to prepare. There was actually enough filling for 2 deep dish pie shells(9 inch). I did add a dash each of salt and pepper into the egg mixture.

09/09/2009

04/10/2009

This dish is easy and delicious..one of our family-favorites!!

04/01/2009

Two words:DELICIOUS and EAZY!!!!!!!!!

12/21/2008

This was super easy and super yummy. I'll definitely be making this again!

11/05/2008

Delicious recipe. I will be making this again soon, for supper with friends. I added some ham to the quiche and it was great!

08/09/2008

Awesome, and so easy. I didn't cook the vegies first and added green pepper, spinach and extra broccoli.

07/20/2008

06/12/2008

I put all the vegi's in the food processor to chop them up finely, and voila...the kids ate brocoli, mushrooms and onions!

04/08/2008

Geat tasting. I added diced chicken once and another time diced ham. Both variations turned out terrific. I make this often.

03/06/2008

Easy and delicious, and perfect for my daughter who is a vegetarian.

02/19/2008

It was a nice lunch dish. Will make it again for my vegetarian husband.

12/19/2007

05/24/2007

I will make this many times for a special lunch, it was very easy and flavourful, one extra thing I did was, I brushed some mustard on the crust before adding the vegetable mixture, I think it added a nice extra flavour bite. Thank you so much for the recipe.

02/27/2007

I absolutely LOVE this recipe. It's super easy, and fast... Not to mention, it's a complete meal and looks great! I substitute broccoli for bacon or ham, since I don't like broccoli... Delicious!
