  • Heat oil in large deep skillet on medium heat. Add onions, peppers, garlic and thyme; stir. Cook 3 min., stirring frequently. Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, bay leaf and 3/4 cup ketchup; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring frequently.
  • Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Heat oven to 350ºF. Drain pasta; rinse under cold water. Mix cream cheese spread, 1 cup cheddar and remaining ketchup in medium bowl until blended. Add broccoli; mix well.
  • Remove and discard bay leaf from sauce. Spread half the sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Stuff pasta shells with cream cheese mixture; place over sauce in baking dish. Top with remaining sauce; cover.
  • Bake 20 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar; bake, uncovered, 10 min. or until filled shells are heated through and cheddar is melted.

Prepare using thawed frozen chopped broccoli or 3 cups chopped fresh spinach.

Make Ahead

This delicious casserole can be assembled ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking as directed, increasing the initial baking time to 30 min. or until heated through before topping with the remaining cheddar.
