This flavourful salad can be prepped ahead of time. Prepare recipe as directed except do not add the avocados or dressing. Refrigerate salad up to 4 hours. Chop avocado and add to the salad just before serving topped with the dressing.
Toss the chopped avocados with small amount of fresh lemon juice or lime juice before adding to the salad.
