Oh so easy! I didn't have chicken broth but so I used 3 tbsp. of low sodium chicken soup base mix from the bulk barn with 3 cups of water. Left out the potato (only because I didn't have one). Blended 3/4 of the recipe in the blender and left 1/4 for appearance only.
The soup was bland, we added some salt and shredded cheddar cheese that made it a little better. We will not be making this again.
