  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Microwave broccolini and water in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min. or until broccoli is crisp-tender; drain.
  • Place in 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Whisk egg, cream, cheese and pepper until blended; pour over broccolini. Top with bread crumbs; drizzle with oil.
  • Bake 25 min. or until heated through.

Variation

Prepare using any variety of dry bread crumbs, or substituting your favourite flavour of dry Stove Top Stuffing Mix for the bread crumbs.
