Pork and pineapple is a match made in heaven. KRAFT Italian Zesty Lime Dressing and maple syrup team up to add flavour while deliciously caramelizing the pork. And a sprinkle of cayenne pepper adds the perfect amount of heat to the broiled pineapple.

  • Heat broiler.
  • Mix dressing and syrup until blended; brush onto both sides of chops. Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Place pineapple rings next to chops; sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
  • Broil, 4 inches from heat, 6 to 8 min. or until chops are done (160°F). Transfer chops to platter; cover to keep warm. Broil pineapple additional 4 to 6 min. or until slightly browned.
  • Serve chops with pineapple.


Prepare using drained canned pineapple rings.

Serving Suggestion

Combine 1-1/3 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice and 1 Tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh cilantro. Serve with the chops.


Broilers vary among ovens. Move the rack to a lower position if the chops are browning too quickly, or to a higher rack if browning too slowly.
