  • PLACE pita rounds on baking sheet.
  • SPREAD each pita with 1 Tbsp (15mL) mustard.
  • SPRINKLE 1/2 cup (125mL) cheese on each pita. Arrange pineapple bits and ham pieces on top of cheese. Sprinkle green pepper and green onion on top if desired.
  • BAKE at 400°F (200°C) for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese melts and pita is crisp.
