  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Spread cranberries onto 1/3 of the prepared baking sheet; sprinkle with sugar.
  • Toss Brussels sprouts with dressing. Place, cut sides down, on remaining part of baking sheet; top with bacon.
  • Bake 30 min., adding nuts to baking sheet after 20 min.
  • Stir ingredients on baking sheet until combined; sprinkle with cheese.

How to Clean and Trim the Brussels Sprouts

Rinse Brussels sprouts in cold water to remove any dust or dirt. Use paring knife to cut tips off stem ends; discard tips. Remove any outer leaves marked with blemishes. Don't worry if a few other leaves fall off when the sprouts are cut in half. Just bake them with the halved Brussels sprouts.
