  • Mix dressing and Sriracha sauce until blended.
  • Heat oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 4 min. or until no longer pink. Add coleslaw blend; stir-fry 2 to 3 min. or until chicken is done.
  • Add dressing mixture; stir-fry 1 to 2 min. or until heated through. Top with onions.
  • Serve over rice.

Substitute

Prepare using boneless skinless chicken breasts.

Special Extra

Serve over hot cooked long-grain brown rice instead of the white rice.
