  • Mix quinoa, chickpeas, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, garlic powder and 1/4 cup wing sauce until blended; shape into 18 (1-inch) balls.
  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add quinoa balls, in batches; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Transfer to serving plate. Cover to keep warm while cooking remaining quinoa balls.
  • Drizzle dressing, then remaining wing sauce over quinoa balls. Sprinkle with onions.

The quinoa mixture can be prepared and shaped into balls ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 2 days before cooking as directed.
