  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Mix together blueberries and 2 Tbsp. flour in small bowl. Mix remaining flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.
  • Beat butter and 3/4 cup sugar with mixer until blended. Mix in milk, eggs and zest; stir until blended. Add to dry ingredients, mix until just combine. Gently fold in berry mixture.
  • Spoon batter evenly into 12 lined muffin cups. Sprinkle with remaining sugar.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool muffins in pan 5 min; remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container up to 2 days.


Feel free to swap the blueberries for raspberries or blackberries.
