  • Melt half the butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken, in batches; cook 5 min. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Transfer chicken to plate, reserving drippings in skillet.
  • Add onions and garlic to reserved drippings in skillet; cook 5 min. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add tomato paste, curry paste, ginger and cinnamon; mix well. Cook and stir 1 min. Stir in tomatoes, ketchup, yogurt and cream.
  • Return chicken and any cooked juices to skillet; mix well. Bring to boil; simmer, partially covered, on medium-low heat 15 min. or until chicken is done and sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally. Add remaining butter, lime zest and juice; cook and stir 1 min. or until butter is melted.

Serving Suggestion

Serve over hot cooked basmati rice. Sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro. Garnish with lime wedges.


Substitute curry powder for the curry paste.
