  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Cook macaroni in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp. margarine in skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add cabbage; cover and cook 8 to 10 min. or until cabbage is crisp-tender. Remove from heat and combine with cooked pasta.
  • Melt remaining margarine in large saucepan on medium heat. Stir in flour and mustard; cook and stir 1 min. Add milk; cook 5 min. or until thickened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Add to pasta mixture; stir to evenly coat.
  • Spoon into 2.5-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake uncovered 20 to 25 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheese in last 5 min.

Substitute

Replace the Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese with Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese.

Special Extra

Serve with slices of crispy cooked bacon.
