  • Spread tortillas with dressing; top with salad greens.
  • Combine remaining ingredients; spoon onto tortillas. Fold in both sides of each tortilla, then roll up starting at bottom edge.
  • Cut in half.

Variation

Prepare using whole grain brown rice and/or plain or other flavoured tortillas.
