  • Brown meat with onions and garlic in large skillet on medium heat; drain. Spoon into medium bowl; cool slightly.
  • Heat oven to 350ºF. Add spinach, bread crumbs, eggs, 1/2 cup shredded cheese and 1/3 cup Parmesan to meat mixture; mix well.
  • Spread 1/2 cup pasta sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Fill manicotti with meat mixture; place in prepared pan. Top with remaining pasta sauce; sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese and Parmesan. Cover.
  • Bake 45 to 50 min. or until cannelloni shells are tender and filling is heated through, uncovering after 30 min.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a tossed green salad to round out the meal.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil before serving.
