  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Brush both sides of bread slices with oil; place in single layer on baking sheet.
  • Bake 4 to 5 min. on each side or until toasted on both sides.
  • Meanwhile, cut each bocconcini into 4 slices; set aside. Combine bruschetta, capers and vinegar.
  • Top toast slices with basil, bocconcini and bruschetta mixture.

Make Ahead

The bread can be toasted ahead of time. The bruschetta mixture can also be prepared ahead of time. Store toast slices in airtight container at room temperature, and store bruschetta mixture in refrigerator up to 24 hours before using both to assemble the crostini as directed just before serving.
