Made these twice during the Christmas holidays (2011). Bit expensive to make (the Toblerone and the Kraft caramels) but easy, and very tasty. The first time I made them, I followed the recipe exactly, but the second time, I made the following minor adjustments: I didn't line the pan with foil (I didn't like how it made the finished product really uneven on all sides the first time), and I used 6 caramels and only a tiny splash of milk (not the full tablespoon).
