Easy and delicious. Next time I will tweak it a bit to reduce the amount of fat and eggs.

I made it with a 6-serving size pkg of pudding and it still turned out great. The kids LOVED the smell of it cooking. I omitted an apple and added some chopped peaches. Any fruit would likely be great in this cake.

Delicious! It was a huge hit in our home, and to my girlfriends who came over as well. I used a bit too much fruit, so it got a touch soggy but it was still tasty. So more is not always necessarily better.
