  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add yellow onions; cook and stir 5 min. or until tender. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until onions are golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  • Add beer; stir. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Toss cheese with flour. Add to beer mixture; cook and stir 1 to 3 min. or until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
  • Top with bacon and green onions.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with crusty bread and your favourite fresh vegetable dippers, such as blanched fresh asparagus, red pepper strips and/or broccoli florets.

Substitute

Prepare using Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
