  • Whisk corn starch and tomato juice in medium bowl until blended. Add chili sauce, sugar, chili powder and crushed pepper; mix well.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 3 to 5 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Pour chili sauce mixture over chicken. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min.
  • Add fruit and green peppers; simmer 10 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF), stirring sauce occasionally. Sprinkle with nuts.

Serving Suggestion

Serve over hot cooked noodles or rice.
