  • Cook on medium heat 10 min., stirring after 5 min. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in almonds and parsley.

    I did as another reader suggested and par boiled the carrots for 15 min. until tender, then sautéd them for 5 min. in the dressing before adding the almonds and parsley. Delish!

    It was a great recipe, however in the Spring 2004 What's Cooking magazine it was titled Russian Glazed Carrots, so I used Russian dressing.
