  • STIR fry 1 thinly sliced pork tenderloin and 3 cups (750mL) shredded red cabbage in 1 Tbsp (15mL) KRAFT CATALINA Dressing until meat is cooked.
  • ADD 1 sliced red apple and 1 sliced onion; cook until softened.
  • STIR in remaining 1/2 cup (125mL) dressing.
  • SERVE over prepared rice.


The meat is cooked faster when it is cut into thin slices.

    I made this instead using the Kraft Asian Sesame dressing and it was terrific, all three of my kids under age 6 gobbled it up. My most requested side dish with crispy chicken strips; stir fry together red cabbage, apple, onion and the Asian dressing.

    for a quick meal, this recipe worked fine for me. the Catalina dressing loses any sharpness in the cooking, and the colour looked good, of the cabbabge and onions, might be little better if you throw some sliced almonds on top.
