  • Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Spoon cauliflower mixture into 6 mounds in skillet, using about 2 Tbsp. cauliflower mixture for each; flatten each into 2-inch pancake with back of spatula. Cook 3 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining oil and cauliflower mixture.
  • Mix Miracle Whip and Sriracha sauce until blended. Serve with pancakes.

Special Extra

Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.

For extra heat, mix 2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce with the Miracle Whip.

Use the largest holes of a box grater to grate the cauliflower.
